To contact a bidder on eBay, you can go to the item listing and click on the bidder's username. This will take you to their profile where you can find an option to "Contact member." You can then send them a message through eBay's messaging system. Alternatively, if you have already won the auction, you can also contact the bidder through the "My eBay" section by clicking on the item and selecting the "Contact buyer" option. **

Yes, the highest bidder on eBay can withdraw from the purchase under certain circumstances. eBay allows buyers to retract their bids if they made a mistake in their bid amount, if the seller significantly changed the item's description, or if they cannot reach the seller. However, it is important to note that retracting a bid is a serious matter and should not be done lightly, as it can negatively impact a buyer's reputation on the platform. Additionally, if the auction has ended and the buyer is the highest bidder, they are obligated to complete the purchase unless there are extenuating circumstances. **

Sustainability in procurement involves considering the environmental, social, and economic impacts of the products and services being purchased. This includes sourcing from suppliers who adhere to ethical and sustainable practices, reducing waste and energy consumption in the supply chain, and ensuring fair labor practices. Additionally, sustainable procurement involves promoting local and diverse suppliers, as well as seeking out products and services with minimal environmental impact. Overall, the goal is to make purchasing decisions that support long-term environmental and social well-being while also being economically viable. **

To close an eBay auction for the highest bidder, you will need to wait until the auction ends and the highest bidder is determined. Once the auction has ended, you can send an invoice to the highest bidder through eBay's messaging system. The invoice will include the final price of the item, any applicable taxes or fees, and the payment instructions. Once the highest bidder has paid, you can then ship the item to them and mark the transaction as complete on eBay. **

If the highest bidder refuses to pay, the seller should first try to communicate with the bidder to understand the reason for their refusal. If the bidder still refuses to pay, the seller may need to consider their options, such as relisting the item, offering it to the next highest bidder, or taking legal action to enforce the sale. It is important to review the platform's policies and terms of service to understand the steps that can be taken in such situations. **

No, there is no purchase obligation on eBay for the highest bidder. Bidding on eBay is considered a binding contract, but the seller is not obligated to sell the item to the highest bidder if the final price does not meet their reserve price or if there are other issues with the transaction. Similarly, the highest bidder is not obligated to purchase the item if they change their mind or encounter issues with the seller. eBay encourages both parties to communicate and resolve any issues before leaving negative feedback or taking further action. **

You can typically resell items after a non-paying bidder on eBay within 48 hours of the auction ending. eBay recommends waiting at least 2 days before relisting the item to give the buyer a chance to make payment. After that time, you are free to relist the item or offer it to the next highest bidder. **

A seller on eBay can see the maximum bid of a bidder by viewing the bid history of their listing. The bid history will show the highest bid that the bidder has placed on the item. However, the actual maximum bid amount will not be displayed, only the current winning bid amount. This allows the seller to gauge the level of interest and competition for their item. **
