To land a Shove It, you need to start by riding at a moderate speed and popping the board into the air with your back foot. As the board is in the air, use your front foot to scoop the board around and make it spin 180 degrees. As the board completes the spin, make sure to spot the landing and prepare to absorb the impact with your knees. It's important to stay balanced and centered over the board to ensure a smooth landing. Practice and repetition will help you perfect the technique and land the Shove It consistently. **

We don't choke when we shove food into our mouths because our bodies have a complex system in place to prevent this from happening. When we swallow, our epiglottis covers the opening to our windpipe, directing the food down our esophagus and into our stomach. Additionally, our throat muscles contract in a coordinated manner to push the food down, ensuring it goes in the right direction and minimizing the risk of choking. Overall, this process is a natural and efficient way for our bodies to safely consume food without choking. **
